Terms of Service

Eligibility and authority

You must be an adult capable of entering a contract. An authorized representative may submit another person's data only when they have the right to provide it and authorize its processing.

The service

CVOptimizationApp accepts one English text-based PDF CV and one job description for a single workflow and provides one optimized PDF. V1 has no account, dashboard, permanent history, editable DOCX, ATS score, subscription, or email delivery.

The original CV is the only factual source. The service may rewrite, reorganize, shorten, clarify, and emphasize existing facts. It must not invent candidate facts. You must review the final PDF for accuracy and suitability before using it.

No outcome or timing guarantee

This is a best-effort service with no V1 service-level agreement. We do not guarantee an interview, job, ATS result, or delivery time. Technical limits, provider failures, maintenance, and temporary interruptions may prevent or delay completion.

Temporary availability

Your CV and job description are cleared after completion or an unrecoverable failure. For a recoverable retry, inputs may remain in process memory for up to 30 minutes, with expired state removed by the next cleanup sweep (within up to 30 additional seconds). The PDF link is single-use: access is consumed when the server starts the response. If the connection then fails, the same link may not work. An unused PDF expires after 20 minutes and is physically removed by the next cleanup sweep. Download the PDF before expiry. After expiry or after the server starts the one-use response, the PDF may not be recoverable and a new workflow may be required. Contact support with the order reference if the connection fails.

Free and future paid mode

The service is currently free and requires no card. Paid mode, subscriptions, and recurring charges are inactive. Any future paid order must show the final EUR price, VAT treatment where applicable, and one-time-payment terms before it starts, and must satisfy the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights.

Acceptable use

Do not submit illegal content, commit fraud or impersonation, provide third-party personal data without authority, distribute malware, abuse or scrape the service, probe it, or bypass security controls. We may refuse or terminate abusive use where lawful.

Law, disputes, and liability

Liability wording or cap: {LIABILITY_LIMIT} — not configured; public launch blocked. These placeholders do not limit mandatory rights and must be resolved by legal counsel before paid production.
