Refund Policy

Effective date: {PRIVACY_POLICY_EFFECTIVE_DATE}

No charge is made in the current free mode. These differentiated rules prepare a future paid mode without limiting mandatory consumer or provider-dispute rights.

Current free mode

No card is requested and no charge is confirmed. A canceled or failed attempt with no confirmed charge has nothing to refund. A pending payment is not a failed payment; do not initiate another payment blindly while a provider still reports it as pending.

Duplicate and failed paid orders

  • A confirmed duplicate charge is refunded.
  • A recoverable processing error receives an eligible retry without another charge.
  • A paid order is refund-eligible when the charge is confirmed, retries are exhausted, and no usable PDF was delivered.
  • Input is validated before payment. If invalid input bypasses validation and makes a paid order impossible to process, treat it as a failed order.
  • An unrecoverable error after a confirmed charge is reviewed under the failed-order rule.

Change of mind, download, and abuse

Change-of-mind and withdrawal treatment remains subject to applicable law. Expiry or a connection interruption alone does not automatically create refund eligibility when the server made a usable PDF available. Access is consumed when the protected response starts, so an interrupted response may not be repeatable. Contact support with the order reference for review. A PDF may no longer be recoverable after expiry and a new workflow may be needed. There is no automatic refund for an already-downloaded PDF except for a defect, wrong delivery, or mandatory legal rights. Fraud or abuse may justify refusal where lawful.

Requests and timing

Contact support with the order reference. The request window is {REFUND_REQUEST_WINDOW} — not configured; public launch blocked. Once approved, a refund is submitted within up to 10 business days; the bank or provider may take longer to display it. Support-first guidance does not remove statutory rights or the right to use a payment provider's dispute process.

Withdrawal and service start — NEEDS LEGAL REVIEW

Digital-service versus digital-content classification, commencement and completion of performance, express-consent requirements, and withdrawal consequences remain unresolved. Approach: {RIGHT_OF_WITHDRAWAL_APPROACH} — not configured; public launch blocked. Rules: {RIGHT_OF_WITHDRAWAL_RULES} — not configured; public launch blocked. Service-start consent: {SERVICE_START_CONSENT} — not configured; public launch blocked. No automatic waiver of withdrawal rights is stated or implied.
